Despite my oversight, I received assistance over the phone, demonstrating good service. Venus harbour side offers a lively atmosphere and pristine spaces. Liked: Nothing it was awful and uncomfortable as you wasn’t even allowed to speak in the room day or night it was ridiculous
Disliked: We paid for 4 nights on the first night we found that the hostel was really disgustingly filthy. We also felt very uncomfortable as we was told we wasn’t allowed to talk in our room even in the daytime so we asked for a refund for the remaining three nights and we refused.
