Liked: The hotel was super helpful when we needed to alter our booking which we really appreciated, the studio was very spacious and well equipped, toiletries were good, comfortable bed.

Disliked: There was internal machine noise, switching on and off all night which kept me awake. Staff thought it might be the control room. Really needs to be soundproofed or looked at.

Liked: Central location was ideal for the many tourist attractions Hamilton has to offer. Room was well maintained, clean and decorated. Bed very comfortable. I understand from family members that the breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: Nothing comes to mind.
