Liked: Beachfront. Loved the simplicity of one and off the beach.
Disliked: I had three rooms and booked way in advance. Didnt get all three rooms together. No AC but expected it. Sofa bed was uncomfotable. Parking is the deal braker. Dont be fooled about the parking next to the hotel, it does not belong to the hotel. Hotel parking is about 1.5 miles away from hotel and costs around $20 per night. You have to walk all the way back to the hotel.

Exceptional

Liked: Right on the beach. The hotel is in a more quiet area of Venice Beach with the main area a short walk down the path. We walked to the Santa Monica Pier which was about 30 minutes each way. Plenty of bikes/scooters that you can rent. There are plenty of homeless people around, but none of them ever caused any problems that we saw. None of them ever approached us; they were just there.The public bathrooms on the beach were foul so we liked having our place so close.

Perfect place for EVERYONE, amazing...

Liked: Very clean, right on the beach, perfect location, full kitchen with large fridge, stove top, everything! Located right next to a perfect restaurant which I will review next, The Fig Tree, also has a small convenient market right next door! Roof top was nicely set up for kids & adults with grill & laundry ( in separate area of roof top) it’s a great place for the price which is very reasonable! Amazing staff, front desk, Tatiana, was amazing and very helpful! A must for anyone! I’m from LA and this was a nice pet friendly getaway for me & my pup post surgery!
Disliked: Can’t think of any dislikes!
