Liked: We had a gorgeous view on the sea side and beach. Also the terrace upstairs is very nice, and you can BBQ there. The place was clean and had everything you could wish for.
Disliked: We booked a 1-bedroom suite. I like to have my bedroom for privacy. There was no door to the bedroom, actually the separation to the living area did not go up to the ceiling. So that was not a bedroom.I had not realized that Venice seaside is actually a bit low end. The beach is gorgeous though.I wish I had a better understanding of the car parking situation before coming. Booking just says "no parking" but there is a parking garage just outside the front door. But it closes at 7pm if I remember right. Also apparently they had some discount rate for the parking that we learned about at check out.

Super relaxing beach front vacation...

Liked: Excellent location right on the beach front; affordable, long term parking close by (front desk staff organizes it); kitchenette in the room (we cooked all our meals); rooftop patio with great ocean / beach view with lounge chairs, cushioned bench, and a gas BBQ grill / sink. There is also a guest laundry in the basement and beach towels/chairs/toys to use for free. Super friendly and helpful front desk staff (especially Danielle, who is a dream).
Disliked: If you can, make sure to get a room on a higher floor, with ocean view or partial ocean view. Otherwise, you will be looking out on empty parking lots/garbage cans. Also, they still use small, single use shampoo / conditioner/ body wash bottles which could be modernized.

Amazing location and great staff

Liked: We got an upgrade and got a studio with total view of the ocean. I cannot in words describe how wonderful that was. I have never stayed in a hotel with a better view. The studio also had a kitchen and table with chairs. Staff was Amazing and rooftoop area aswell. So nice. We borrowed towels and beach chairs from the reception. Thank you!!!
Disliked: Wierd smell in stairway. Unfortunately a lot of homeless people in the area which was heartbreaking to see all the time.
