Liked: I love this place, it’s charming and homey, feels like a tiny haven in wild Venice. Walking distance to Abbot Kinney (15-20mns), the canals (5 mns), great sushi around the corner.

We had a great stay...

Liked: The breakfast was wonderful and the space was beautiful. Beach is steps away from the front door, as are the Venice Canals.
Disliked: We liked it all.

I found The Venice Beach...

Liked: It’s just beautiful! And feels homey and welcoming. And just steps from the beach made it even better.
Disliked: Nothing. Loved it all.

Would stay again next time...

Relaxing stay in a ‘classic’...

Liked: Location, proximity to Venice beach. Nice relaxed atmosphere, felt like a private residence. Very friendly, helpful and efficient reception staff. Delicious breakfasts. Private parking available. Nice residents lounge with interesting vinyl records to play and coffee table books to peruse. Good loungers in pleasant garden
Disliked: We had a shared bathroom of 3 rooms with 2 bathrooms but one of these was out of order which put pressure on the facilities. Stair carpet was a bit tired and stained

Ok stay.

Liked: Very aesthetic, quaint accomodation.
Disliked: No sound proofing at all. Was kept up both nights with people coming and going up and down wooden stairs right by our room. Could hear the people in the room above loudly walking around all night. Quite a lot of street noise given proximity to the beach. They provide guests with earplugs as they are obviously aware of the issue.Breakfast wasn’t a super bonus if you’re wanting something healthy.
