Highly recommend a stay.

Liked: Family room was lovely. Had to open the French doors to let cool air in, but that’s normal for Denmark in summer. The bathtub was awesome (and is rare in DK). They have pillow choices at the front desk, and they can do things like loan you a phone charging cable. Breakfast was great–my son was excited to try a chunk of honeycomb.But what really made it *amazing* was the helpful staff. I was dealing with an intense but non-emergency medical situation while staying there, and they went out of their way to help me and my child deal with that–and all with such an attitude of kindness, from reception to housekeeping to restaurant staff.I recommended the hotel to my husband for the next time his work group needs to schedule a retreat.

Liked: Nice location and friendly staff.
Disliked: Outdated and run down place. Small room with the bare minimum you can expect. Breakfast is also reduced to what you would expect in a cheap place. No love to detail, no customer focus and an overall trip back to the early 90s. In addition: A scaffolding in front of my room with lively workers from 7am. A pleasant surprise when you get out of the shower.Complained about it and even got a call from the manager. Refund? Discount? Nope… Again? Never.
