Disappointing

Liked: Great location
Disliked: Booked a panaramic suite, and the windows were filthy. Staff said that they would take the resort fees away but we still seemed to have been billed, we requested to change rooms but there were none other available, carpets had fag burns, taps and lights didn't work, but they did send a handy man to fix them on day two, stayed in lots of hotels on the strip and enjoyed them, was really looking forward to this one but it was really disappointing, staff were not particularly helpful, but we did enjoy that we had pool access in both hotels and the location was good, just wish we had stayed on at the wynn or anywhere else

Disliked: a front desk staff was cery rude pertaining to teh allocation of mineral water Inhad to drag my 2 kids from the lobby to the front desk just for him (marvin) to be siure I was getting water for 4 people, when we had no issies the day prior, in a ride tone he even taunted me to speak to the manager

Great value in the "heart"of...

Liked: Upgraded to room with a view of Bellagio Fountain, Sphere and Paris Eiffel Tower. Suite was super spacious and very clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. Thoroughly serviced daily.Hotel connected by outdoor path to Aria and by internal walkways to Bellagio and Cosmopolitan. A great way to beat the heat!Highly recommended
Disliked: Nothing. It was everything we wanted.

Liked: Hotel is in a prime location with access to everything you could possible want in vegas - pools (quiet and lively), casinos, range of restaurants / food areas. The staff were very friendly and helpful would 100% return!
Disliked: Nothing.
