It was fine- I probably...

Liked: the speakeasies were a highlight.
Disliked: Trying to get a bill to keep for records- a mystery amount was charged to my credit card- no way to account for it. A friend recently stayed and was charged a smoke cleaning charge- she is allergic to smoke, so it wasn't her. After hearing this, I wanted to track down my bill. Still trying to get an invoice. They can send plenty of emails with upgrade offers, but no receipt????

Liked: good space , amenities were good, location also nice, .
Disliked: calling housekeeping would take inordinately long time. and needed to call them coz kitchen didnt have any utensils. whats the point of giving a kitchen with no utensils

Disliked: I literally charge for every little thing. I almost got charged for lifting the refreshments from the snack bar just to look at them and for opening the mini bar fridge. Whatever you do, don't touch those items! Even if you have no intention of eating them
