Good value for the money...

Liked: The location was near our points of interest. The breakfast had sufficient options even but it was not vegan friendly (to be noted if you are a vegan). The room was quite spacious (it had the entrance from the terrace). We appreciated the self check in (we received a text message with all the details). But all in all, good value for the money compared to other places nearby.
Disliked: The room appeared clean at first sight but under the bed it was a lot of dust and the nightstand was splashed with something black (cola like). The carpet from the entrance in the room could be changed as it is visibly old and rolled out.

Liked: The place was very beautiful, the rooms in common decorated in a very cool style
Disliked: A lift. My siutcase was very heavy and I it was difficult to carry it

Liked: Nice clean and spacious single room, unlike some of the rabbit hutches they give you in some larger hotels, good price and nice breakfast.
Disliked: Some minor maintenance needed, door handles, locks etc, that's all
