Disliked: Creepy and horrible. Just some random dilapidated house. Owners will badger you all day and night to send them more money for PayPal fees.

Liked: Meeting the other guests was nice. The neighborhood was great. Parking was easy and close.

Disliked: Was a hot day, was very hot, fan was provided but didn't work, , I did bring my own though, thank you, look forward to staying again,

Liked: Location was good. Good price.
Disliked: The property needs some basic updating. The paint is chipping, caulking needs work, rust in the bathroom. One of the basement showers doesn’t drain. There is also no noise insulation. You can hear everything in this property especially the creaky stairs if you are in the basement. Bring ear plugs.
