Overall, a good stay and...

Liked: Excellent breakfast and location. Friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: The room was very warm with no real means of cooling it down. A fan was provided but this just served to circulate the already hot air! Windows could not be opened more than a couple of inches.

Great location, great hotel, completely...

Liked: Comfortable, clean, great location near where I wanted to visit
Disliked: Price. NO AIRCON. Given weather (30C) the lack of surcon was unacceptable. The advert did not specify lack of aircon.

Oxford is worth a visit...

Liked: The location was excellent, easy walking distances to the railway station, cafes, restaurants and tourist attractions. The continental breakfast was of a very good standard with fresh croissants etc., on a daily basis.
Disliked: The bedroom was quite dark with only a small window - some additional lighting would have been appreciated.

Super experience in quite outstanding...

Liked: From the moment we arrived until we had to leave our whole experience was wonderful.The staff were outstanding in catering for our every need.

Disappointingly dull

Liked: The central location on a partly pedestrianised street,
Disliked: Very poor breakfast, limited selection, stale croissants, no fruit, no nuts or seeds, cold cuts in unopened vacuum pack turned out to be garlicky sausage, not worth the premium price paid. Better quality at reasonable prices in several nearby eateries. Lacked attention to detail, like the mugs provided in the room were too big to fit the coffee machine
