Liked: Terrific location near University and shops. Excellent coffee shop next door.
Disliked: Minor quibble but lobby was not much to speak of. Bed was very firm.

Good stay, but not quite...

Liked: The location is great. The hotel is very easy to find and the staff were welcoming on arrival. The room itself was clean and the shower had both good pressure and temperature.
Disliked: The room was smaller than any we'd seen in photos online. It was a reasonable size but smaller than expected. There was no air conditioning despite there being a thermostat control on the wall, and reception had to provide us with a fan since the one in our room was missing. The bed itself was clean but quite firm, while the pillows were incredibly soft and may as well not have been there. Heads up (ha) if you need neck support while you sleep.

Disliked: Pillows were uncomfortable and the breakfast was disappointing.

Liked: Reception staff were very obliging & helpful.Juan was a very good listener & problem solver.Rooms were nicely appointed, but…..(see below).
Disliked: Shower drain was very slow. Required to turn on/off or would overflow the basin.Makeup mirrors not function properly.Sheer curtains were torn & had insect droppings on them.

We loved Oxford - lots...

Liked: The locality was ideal for the city centre.
Disliked: We had to pay a congestion charge for dropping off luggage. We were not aware of this. The local parking advised was very expensive.
