Good location but not worth the money.

Disliked: I stayed with my husband and 3 month old baby. I had advised the hotel of this when I booked the stay weeks in advance, yet they put us in the least accessible room on the second floor which we could only get to by walking up 2 flights of stairs, along a hallway and over 2 more sets of stairs/steps. We had a heavy pram and luggage. We even arrived early on the day and left luggage with reception since it was too soon to check in but by the time we returned on the day to check in this was the only room they had left. Breakfast was simple and not worth it. I complained about the room but the manager was not available, its been 2 days since and still no feedback or apology. Very disappointed.

Disliked: Mattress was a bit hard, but you can't please everyone, we all like our own beds best.
