Liked: My stay at the hotel was not very comfortable. The property was undergoing renovations, and unfortunately, we had to pass through the construction areas to access some parts of the hotel. Additionally, the elevator was not working, which made it quite inconvenient.

Lovely hotel and staff, recommend...

Liked: The property is currently having a refurbishment so some of the facilities were not available, however don’t let this put you off. It is a lovely hotel with great staff and food
Disliked: The lifts were out of action because of the refurbishment so be sure to request a lower room if you have mobility issues

Room nice, staff in front...

Liked: Staff wasn’t nice, specially the front office. Dog wasn’t included in our booking. Email was telling another story. They sent me the information for my dog after one day checked in. Late check out , door key wasn’t working. No apology very unfriendly Person. Breakfast , coffee was like water has touched coffee only
