Liked: The location was superb. Being on the doorstep of a bus stop into the city plus being able to hire a bike at the hotel meant everywhere became super accessible. Being on the edge of the forest was delightful e.g. for running in the morning. The coffee machine in the room was a bonus. The rooms themselves were huge and mine had a balcony which was lovely to sit out on with coffee first thing. The restaurant onsite was super handy! And of course the staff were super friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The only things really were that the swimming pool wasn't open and the towels were a bit thin (but clean everyday).

Excellent, welcoming, very dog-friendly hotel...

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely room- spacious, clean and well appointed. Excellent breakfast. The hotel was completely dog friendly and our dog really appreciated the bag of treats on welcoming us. Easy to find and near a major route. The hotel is also located near to a super walk through a forest - which was great for exercising all of us after and before travelling. We will definitely stay again - and longer if possible.
