Disliked: However, the facility is a bit old, and the carpet is really not clean.

Liked: My fly was at night I arrived at 6:00morning I go to hotel to make check in They gave my room to someone and the fabric was very dirty. I was so tired I take this room I cleaned the room myself and changed the sheets.
Disliked: I had a very bad morning. I took the name of the hotel for granted but I regret it. I do not recommend it to anyone.

Disliked: I experienced several issues during my stay, which are unacceptable for a 4-star hotel:•The first room had a broken shower and no hand shower in the bathtub.•The second room had a leaking shower hose, a bathtub that didn’t work properly… and the room was not clean upon arrival.•Each time I changed rooms, no one checked if the basics were in place — for example, there were not even the 3 towels included in my booking.•I had to call several times and wait up to 30 minutes just to get a bedsheet.•Worst of all, I was travelling with a disabled person, and we had to go through all this room changing process at 11:30 PM, which was extremely inconvenient and exhausting.I have taken photos as proof, if needed.The lack of professionalism, attention to detail, and basic service is obvious. For a hotel of this category, it’s frankly shameful.I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.
