Disliked: The staff were fine at first. Then - inconsiderate, rude and inconsistent. The cleaner was aggressive, for no good reason. The staff were highly demanding when I tried to explain to them that I was on the phone with my doctor, dealing with a medical emergency. Instead of waiting and showing me some compassion or anything else, three of them decided to come up and demand that I paid right then and there. The night before, I asked the man who was working if i could extend my stay. I explained that I did not have the physical card on me, and he told me that it was okay to manually enter in my payment details - it wouldn't be a problem. I asked him if he wanted me to come down and pay then, and he said no its okay to do it in the morning. Then - I get scrutinised, attacked and belittled by staff members after I woke up with said medical emergency. The behaviour I witnessed was absolutely appalling - I have never experienced anything like this - no regard for how I was physically dealing with a medical emergency, no regard or consistency regarding what was said - Just belittling and downright rude comments. From every single staff member there. If you find yourself having a medical emergency - dont expect any sense of compassion. And consistency in regards to what the staff members are told, and how they act in regards to being rude and aggressive, is just out of this world. I've stayed in many hotels, and ive never witnessed anything remotely like this.
