Liked: Very clean and quiet. Nite manager was very helpful. It is safe back from hwy and 24/7 survallence
Disliked: Tv remote wasnt working. Batteries changed by manager asap

Liked: It was close to other businesses for easy shopping. The rhododendren bush outside, our parking spot... that's about it.
Disliked: I had to downgrade my room bc of my service animal, charged an additional fee & still paid same for this shitty room that I would be paid for the King suite originally reserved.Didn't like getting call at 10 am to remind us it was time to check- out... turned out 11 am was check- out. We left an hour early & didnt need to. Then we were harassed outside our room about our dog by same guy who had just called our room at 10 am notifying us we needed to vacate the room.2 of our lamps were burnt out, cobwebs all over room, glass shards in dresser drawers along with food crumbs and hair, the a/c didn't work & was clogged up with dust lint, shower and tub were greasy and grimy w/hair, dirty fingerprints and food spills all over walls, doors, and light fixtures. I was very disappointed, most likely will not stay there again.

Liked: I liked that the room was clean and ready for us when we arrived.
Disliked: We asked for more pillows and they wouldn't give any extra out. The jets in the tub weren't working and the microwave and refrigerator in our room was in the bathroom next to the sink that can be extremely dangerous.
