Liked: This hotel is in a horrible neighborhood, which is surrounded by homeless people who walk the streets. They have a fence around the property to protect anybody who was there? We did not stay there. We have no intentions of ever staying there and unfortunately, you charged us for this room. We had to find a new hotel in the middle of Eugene during a NCAA track and field tournament and it was very difficult and we spent way more money than we wanted to on a one night stay. We will never ever book through booking again as this hotel was poor was poorly represented.
Disliked: The location was horrible. Surrounded by homeless drug addicts who walk the streets at night he didn’t feel safe there and felt like our vehicle could easily be broken into.

Disliked: Maid service did not come by.I was out of toilet paper and needed the trash emptying.

Beds comfy and clean

Liked: The room was upgraded a bit.Dollar general is a short walk next door.Love the use of the older architecture!
Disliked: Very shady area (though they are good at keeping the homeless off the grounds and have a fence).Could have been better cleaned in the bathroom and the floor.

Liked: Close to the airport and easy to find. Easy parking. Friendly and courteous customer service. Easy check-in. Room was clean. Great value for the price..
