Great Value for your buck.

Liked: Great value, good location and friendly staff who were so helpful. We arrived early and the staff were so kind to look after our luggage until we could book in. The room was clean and the bed was super comfy. The hotel is located just west of Hollywood and a short uber ride to town. We had a lovely stay and I would recommend this hotel to travellers who are on a budget.
Disliked: The hotel is located on West Sunset Blvd, our room was near the front of the hotel so we did get some noise through the night from the traffic/Sirens. I would not recommend leaving the hotel at night as it's not safe. The aircon was quite noisy so we turned it off when we slept. The towels are very small and need upgrading to larger ones.

Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: It was loud at night from the neighbours above us. Weird noises from them the first night. Second night was pretty loud because a family arrived late at night.

If you can handle a...

Liked: It was very close to the Greek theater. There was also a very large target nearby and a 7-Eleven close as well. The free parking was a nice plus and we had no problem finding a spot. Free WiFi included and A/C worked well. The front desk people were very nice and accommodating upon booking our reservation and checking us in and out.
Disliked: The AC works well, but is very loud, so not recommended if you’re a light sleeper. It was clear that the cleaning service doesn’t do a very good job, kind of just got the vibe that they do a quick half ass cleaning. The flesh button on the toilet had hardened brown material, which we can only assume with human poop stuck to it. The walls were also dirty with black smudges and just looked like they hadn’t been wiped down ever. There was a hole on the back of the door which we were then later asked if it was OK for the repair man to fix wow, we we’re halfway through our stay. The floors appeared as if they had not been mopped, which was made obvious by our white socks, turning brown after walking around and the blanket that was on the bed had a urine smell to it. Definitely not a place to stay if you’re a neat freak
