Disliked: Dirth everywhere: mold in the bathroom, dirty sheets (not sure if they were changed after the last guest),etc. No soulndproofing- sometimes you don't understand if someone is roaming around in the next room or directly in yours..

Disliked: The area neighborhood was not the best especially when having small kids

Liked: The staff was excellent, the room was clean, room smelled nice without smelling like air freshner. The A/C worked great, and everything you needed was pretty much within walking distance.I'm in town every few months for events, and with this hotel being the lowest price in the area, I'll definitely be staying here again.
Disliked: It was a bummer there wasn't a bathtub in the room, but that was kinda expected lol. The only handicap space was taken by a car without a placcard or a DP license plate, but there was limited amount of spaces in the lot, plus the parking space directly in front of my room was free all night, so I didn't want to complain and ruin multiple people's night.All in all, I'd give this convenient little spot an 8 out 10. Definitely reccomend 😉

Oh wow its as if...

Liked: I thought it was going to be crappy but no it's just like when u pay 250 for a 4 strategy hotel I will always choose here I was super surprised
Disliked: They don't answer u like at all

Good

Liked: Location was within walking (hiking) distance of the Griffith Observatory, and close to major Metro bus and train lines.
Disliked: The wood floor was either dirty or stained with a product that stuck to my feet. Wearing slip-on shoes was an easy fix, though.

Disliked: Male owner came and knocked on my foor at 9:30 first night to move my car, as if they were not exactly in the middle of the small spaces not everyone would fit. Had people parked behind us as well. Floors in room made our feet black on bottom. My bed was literally up against the ac unit. Rooms had mold in showers. Older couple running hotel, posdibly need more help to improve cleaning and upkeep. No ice or vending machines, no elevator
