Valley of the Waters Bed and Breakfast

Wonderful location and hosts -...

Liked: Tucked away in a very quiet location with amazing views from bedroom/living area with a great balcony overlooking the blue mountains. Hosts were super helpful and friendly. Conveniently located to a cafe where you could get breakfast only a 1 minute walk. Very quiet area nestled amongst the gum trees and wild life with walking trails available to the nearby waterfalls. Close to restaurants and the three sisters and scenic world. Nice shared casual lounge area downstairs where we were able to have some loverly chats with the other two couples who were staying in the other units.
Disliked: Nothing we did not like.

Disliked: we loved a brief chat to one of the owners, it would have been good to have more of the bnb experience where we met them and chatted more

Liked: The location is close to bush walks, cafe and shops. Loved the view from the room.
Disliked: Stayed in the loft and would have loved a little TV in the 2nd bedroom.

Pleasant

Liked: Peaceful and relaxing. Nice view from the balcony. Heating was good - nice and warm inside the room. Good location very close to Conservation Hut.
Disliked: Bed was quite soft, we prefer a firm mattress so found it a bit uncomfortable. Bathroom was freezing - no heating in there. Although it's close to Conservation Hut, we did end up driving into Katoomba most days for lunch/dinner and to see the 3 Sisters. Overall I felt it was overpriced in terms of value for money.
