Why Concert-goers love it

Located just off two major freeways, the Valley Inn offers quick access to downtown LA, Hollywood, and the San Fernando Valley, making it easy to reach a wide range of concert venues. After the show, enjoy a quiet return to a less hectic neighborhood—a welcome break from the buzz. Plus, with flexible check-in from 2 PM, you can freshen up before heading out to your show. Food and Drink Options

Start your day (even after a late night) with a complimentary continental breakfast. While there’s no on-site restaurant, you’ll find local eateries within a short drive offering everything from fast food to sit-down dining. Guests can also make use of the hotel’s barbecue facilities for a DIY meal or late-night bite. While 24-hour room service isn’t available, the nearby freeway makes it easy to grab food on the way back.

Nightlife Options

Though the Valley Inn doesn’t have its own bar or live music space, it’s situated within a short drive of the energetic nightlife scenes in nearby neighborhoods like North Hollywood and Studio City. Whether you’re in the mood for craft cocktails, a cozy pub, or an after-party lounge, you won’t have to go far.

What People Say

Reviews often highlight the clean rooms, friendly staff, and easy freeway access. Guests appreciate the quiet location after a long night out and note the value for money compared to downtown hotels. The pool and patio area also get shout-outs as a nice bonus for relaxing before or after a show.

Areas for Improvement

This isn’t a luxury hotel, so don’t expect high-end furnishings or trendy decor. Some guests mention that the hotel is a bit dated in spots, and while the neighborhood is safe and quiet, it’s not exactly a nightlife hub. But for the price and convenience, most agree it’s a solid choice.

The Bottom Line

If you're looking for a budget-friendly, low-key place to crash after the show, Valley Inn hits the right notes with location, comfort, and value.

Liked: At check-in, I was asked for a $100 deposit, which I'm not sure they ask everyone because I did witness people dropping off their key and leaving with no concern of their deposit return. My kids and I had to stay here while waiting for our housing. The room was not cleaned every day. When I did ask the maintenance to clean my room after they knocked and asked if I wanted my room clean they didn't respond and when I left and came back 6 hours later nothing was cleaned my trash was still full and towels were still dirty even though I clearly asked her to please service my room. After the first cleaning, I was reported to the front desk for having "overuse." I'm unsure how many items they think I am allowed to have in my room with 3 almost grown people in a room where I am paying a high amount of money to sleep in every night. They then proceeded to check my room again a second time, for I'm not exactly sure what reason to which they found nothing out of the ordinary or "overuse," as they say. Also someone upstairs was very inconsiderate to the people under them and drug around a chair or suit case in their room for about 40 min every night for 3 days and most times we were woken up by this noise and felt we shouldn't complain because maybe they would ask us to leave. After I had confronted the situation with a manager and asked them to stop harassing my kids and I because at that point, that's exactly what it was. After this 2nd room inspection, I ended up vacating the facility because I no longer felt comfortable because all of the maintenance was not throwing my trash out nor cleaning on appropriate days they should have. So I would not be staying here again.
