Will definitely stay here again

Liked: Clean. Modest. Awesome mattresses. Quiet. Great location. Privately owned, attentive owners. High definition tv was very enjoyable. Towels and beds fresh and clean. Good water pressure. Don’t overlook this special motel. Great value! Bonus: located next door to a family run cafe. Ruby’s. Breakfast was excellent! Try the Special Baileys coffee!
Disliked: Hallway downstairs smelled of cigarettes. The owner had huge fans going to help remedy. The carpets throughout the building were very clean, the building exterior and interior were clean and neatly maintained. Our room and the second floor hallway did not smell at all.
