Liked: Clean and confidently located next to the hospital.
Disliked: Breakfast could be a little better and d lady until 10:30

Liked: I loved that it was in walking distance to the Children's Hospital for our appointments
Disliked: On one bed we found a bug and hair all over the sheets when front desk was told the gal said "eww that's gross" I showed her the video of the bug crawling "thanks for letting me know"

Liked: Close to the highway so I could get the heck out of there.
Disliked: I had a very disappointing experience during check-in. After a 14-hour drive, we arrived around 1am to find that the room assigned to us had only one bed, despite booking a double. When I called the front desk to address the issue, I had to call multiple times and, unfortunately, overheard the staff member using profanity about me before hanging up and coming to the front.When I explained the mistake, I was met with frustration and told to take it up with Booking.com because “they always have issues” and that she wanted to go on her break. After going back and forth and being told she couldn’t do anything with the confirmation I showed her, it turned out she had simply given me the key to the wrong room.Instead of acknowledging the mistake with professionalism, I was told I was being rude and reminded that she’d worked there a long time - as if that excused the way I was treated. I remained calm throughout the ordeal, but it’s unacceptable to have to argue just to receive the room I booked and paid for.The pillow smelled like a man's cologne and apparently hadn't been washed, and the bathroom light didn't work. Thankfully it was a short stop to sleep and get back on the road.
