Disappointing

Liked: The hotel was clean and was in a great location.
Disliked: The staff that checked us in was extremely rude and condescending. She criticized me and my husband for using a third party site such as Booking instead of booking directly with the hotel. This hotel didn't even honor the room that we booked. Bad service and false advertisement.

Amazing. Literally I love this...

Liked: My husband and I live in California. My sister lives in Birmingham Alabama. We stayed here two years ago and had the best experience. We just were there this past weekend and had the same great experience. The finishes, the touches the rooms the lobby everything about this hotel is incredible. I honestly think it’s one of my favorite hotels ever.

I’d recommend this hotel to...

Liked: The rooms and hotel itself are beautiful. The location is also lovely with food and entertainment within walking distance.
Disliked: There was nothing I didn’t like other than my stay being so shorter. Wish I could’ve stayed longer.
