Liked: Breakfast is very good here!Great hotcakes !
Disliked: Everything was great.The evening waitress in the bar section of the Restaurant is a bit too efficient! You better drink fast and eat quickly otherwise your glass or plate is in her hands and headed to the dishwasher !

Liked: The staff was wonderful. When my plans changed and I had to leave a day early. They worked with booking.com to refund me for that day.

Disliked: My room had no heat when we arrived!! A young woman reset the breaker. Then we went out to the fall festival and bushels & bunches Hatchers Pass and came back to a freezing room again! Front desk offered us a plug in heater or possibly another room! I had an elderly lady with me and the stairs were not an option I reset the plug and it worked fine until 4 am and was 37 degrees in our room and I had to reset the plug again and asked at the front desk for a refund for the one night She said she was going to leave a message for the manager! I’ve stayed in the Valley Hotel before & I really liked it! I understand things happen but it’s my hope the hotel manager will reach out and offer us another opportunity to come stay again with one night gifted CAUSE we really will be back!!
