Relaxed and Rejuvenated!!

Liked: Location was amazing with great views and beautiful sunrises. Staff was very friendly and helpful daily. My family stayed in a private bungalow, and it was Amazing and quite relaxing. Perfect amount of space, room service was phenomenal and again, the staff was awesome!! And the Spa services were exceptional. Highly recommend the hot stone massage!!!
Disliked: Only thing I did not like was the age limit for the hotel access/ hotel amenities (no one under 14 yrs old). But I was thankful to have the bungalow option, so at the end of the day we were still pleased with our stay!!

We would return!

Liked: Exceptional Staff who go behind and above for their guests. Outstanding quality of facilities and exceptional quality of food cooked to perfection. Overall we were very pleased with our stay although the Valhalla is a bit pricy.
Disliked: We did have an issue with the in room fireplace as it was difficult to light.

Pet friendly mountain resort trip...

Liked: The staff and location were great. We needed more than two of everything such at cups, tissues, toiletries and staff was accommodating to the request.
Disliked: The price (double billed, which I’m sure will be fixed) for food and services didn’t match in quality. Shower was not clean on arrival.

Liked: The spa was wonderful, and we loved the location. The customer service was superb.
Disliked: The bungalow was in serious need of some deep cleaning. The carpet was stained and felt grimy.

Exceptional

We had the time of...

Liked: The staff, from manager Tammy, Director Irene from Spa, and Kaitlin did the facial were outstanding. They are the reason we will be back. The valet was most helpful and timely. The whole place was great, food was outstanding, the golf shop, ran by Coach made us feel at home. We are Veterans and shared that with them, they showed us their appreciation by the way they served us. I highly recommend. The Valhalla Resort. Thank you.
Disliked: nothing, everything was perfect.
