A comfortable stay for myself...

Liked: Dog friendly. Drive-up rooms with patio doors for easy in and out access with the dog. Accommodating and helpful staff.

Room was comfy grounds were...

Liked: Easy access to rooms
Disliked: A lot of garbage in the grounds and in the parking lot making hotel look dirty

Valhalla Hotel made our first...

Liked: The staff was accommodating of our requests. Our room was clean and the beds were comfy. We also enjoyed the indoor pool as well as the restaurant at the lobby! The food that we had were all superb and the service was impeccable! Highly recommended!
Disliked: There’s lots of trash in the corridors leading to our room due to kids staying in the hallways to play til the wee hours of the night. We can hear them whenever we’re in the bathroom, and sometimes even from our beds.

Disliked: Send the shuttle to the airport at flight arrival time. Why do we need to call and then wait. You can't be afraid to burn a little gas. Focus on cleaning as it could improve. Pay attention to details, such as the state of the curtains, pillows and turn on tv's to see if they are working. Mine had been smashed by the previous renters. I didn't discover it till morning as I had a late arrival. Finally pay attention to the replenishment of the coffee supplies. Done very poorly.
