Very enjoyable and memorable

Liked: The arrival, being disabled, our luggage was taken from our car to our room. The room was clean, and apart from having a bath and not a shower, it was as we would have wished. The view from our balcony was great.
Disliked: Being disabled, a walk-in shower as opposed to a bath with a shower in, but that was my fault, not pointing out that I was disabled when booking.

A very relaxing and lovely...

Liked: Bedroom was huge! Lovely views from my window. Very quiet. Really nice meal in the bar.

Exceptional

This was an absolute gem...

Liked: Lovely specious room. The ensuite was very clean. The staff were all friendly & polite. Excellent breakfast, very good choice, staff regularly offered top ups or coffee/tea. Restaurant has tasteful decor and looks out across the beautiful grounds. Excellent value for money (lucky to get a great deal). Highly recommend,

Liked: Good location, rooms comfortable, plenty of parking especially for disabled guests
Disliked: Room was a little tired, stayed in one of the disabled rooms and the bathroom shower fitting were rusty, the kettle dented and one of the cups wasn’t clean, bed sheets not really big enough for the bed as couldn’t be folded in

Exceptional

Liked: I travel extensively across the UK, I have to say this is the best hotel I've stayed in this year. The gym is exceptional,the rooms immaculate. It was pleasure to stay.Plus I accidentally booked the wrong day,on arrival the team made the amendment with any issues. The reception was extremely be busy and I was impressed by the duty manager and front of house staffs professionalism. I will be staying again without question. Highly recommended

Night staff were excellent and...

Liked: Location very good.
Disliked: We booked into your resort because my wife was due at scale Hospital at 7am next day. We wanted a restful night. However we were wakened about 3am with music coming from adjacent room. The night manager was called and did rectify the situation however not a good preparation for an operation the following.
