Liked: Great location, close to the Welsh Museum, huge comfortable bed, beautiful room, delicious breakfast and great swimming pool with perfect temperature. Staff very friendly
Disliked: Wish I had known it was necessary to prebook the dinner reservation. The bar was fine but I had wished to treat my grandson in the restaurant so he could dress up smart casual & experience dinner in the restaurant

Liked: Room was fab awesome view . Saw my nice training in women wales squad food was okay . Bit slow service spa was the best .
Disliked: Room needs a good clean but dusty on floor bit otherwise good service bit slow inside hotel great but outside veey run down especially out back by patio . Might be an idea to paint palm muirels on walls cover green iron struts in fake plants ans more rattan furniture tookv3 days for label to be cleaned on patio and glasses moved they could be a great tropical luxury patio.

Disliked: Over priced, tables were full of dirty plates ect, we had to clean our tablet to be able to sit down, had food in the grill restaurant sat down ordered drinks then took while to choose food then to be told some stuff was not on the menu, should have been told when we were seated, very very over priced for what you get, swimming pool was cold, far to many people in there and the hot tubs, they were small and very over crowded, couldn’t even get in them as people were in there ages, could hear doors slamming at night
