Liked: convenient location and room was clean
Disliked: external areas, walkways and stairways could do with a clean and tidy up - not terrible but a bit of mess and was dusty

Ideally located for Mater Hospital....

Liked: I always stay here when I have a medical appointment or treatment that requires me to be comfortable. I have been upgraded to the family suite the last two visits and this suits me. The proximity to the restaurant that serves a mean steak dinner is a bonus.

Liked: Everything i like a out the facility was amazing to stay here at the Vale
Disliked: Nothing i didn't like .

Liked: I like the location, the secured parking and the clean towels, and pillow cases
Disliked: Facilities are quite old and some parts are not cleaned well. Vents were moldy and dusty, ceiling paint was peeling off and toilet windows are dusty.

Liked: The beds were tidy as you entered the room and the floor, bench and bathroom were clean.
Disliked: I didn't like to being up stairs and their were no plates, microwave and toaster in the rooms that I would like to see.
