Nice , comfy stay..

Liked: The breakfast packages where good we collected on arrival, but we forgot to go get one for everyday as we where there for 4 nights . Friendly staff at check in .. safe car parking was great. We had stayed here before so stayed again with friends.. close to the Vale for dinner some nights
Disliked: Nothing I don’t think .. perhaps the room attendant could leave the breakfast packages daily

Liked: Spacious roomComfortable bedClean linenFriendly, helpful staff and housekeeping. Gated/lockup car space. Easy access to bistro.
Disliked: Room was stuffy upon arrival. The aroma not pleasant. During our 3 day stay it freshened up.The fridge was dreadful with the door covered in rust albeit superficial, it was unpleasant.

Liked: The staff were good, polite and helpful
Disliked: The room smelt like someone has been smoking it there for weeks, it took an hour to get used to it, when we first walking it the smell was soooo strong

Liked: Apart from signing in thru the games room, stay was pleasant, great food, comfortable beds, clean rooms
Disliked: Signing in thru games room with children having to stand outside in pub area alone, the side gate people walk thru bangs loud all thru the night and early morning. Hearing people walking past your door all hours talking loudy
