Disappointing

Liked: Size of room was good , had laundry facilities
Disliked: Old uncomfortable bed, old minimum cooking utensils + frying pan , knives + forks old + mismatched, teatowels Threadbare just didn't feel comfortable in this motel.

I will not return to...

Disliked: On arrival at 2pm Sunday 21st April the office was locked with a message “we have closed early” and a choice of two phone numbers to call. Both were disconnected!I then called the number listed on my booking.com confirmation and that was not answeredI gave the doorbell a lengthy push and a rather sleepy person eventually emerged and opened the doorThere was no offer to show me the room but payment was asked for at that timePoor service indeed

Liked: I didnt like much at all only positive was the spa bath and even that wasnt great.
Disliked: Everything there were lights not working the place was very damp condensation on the windows and so bad in the bathroom it was dripping on me when i tried to have a spa bath, we had to wash our own dishes before we left that seemed very unhygienic, there were little hairs all in the bottom of the bath and the edging around the bath looked unclean and some mould growing, the room also smelled badly of curry.

Disliked: Was told it was a Housing NZ motel and to lock up our things, which we do anyway, when we picked up the key upon check in.People in the motel room next door partied all night.
