Lovely warm welcome

Liked: The owner is lovely and so welcoming. Helped us out of car and upstairs with huge suitcase. Nothing was a trouble to him. He was very friendly with me my partner and 5 yr old. Location is good. Walked along the promenade to the tower and other entertainment as it was beautiful weather. Jumped on a tram to pleasure beach the second day. Breakfast was lovely. Rooms very clean and comfortable. We will definitely book again:) free parking was a God send too
Disliked: Room a little small. But still fine as we were out all day anyway.

Great, central, accommodation

Liked: Friendly host, free parking, clean and comfortable.

Liked: Clean room, comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff.Everything about the room was good.
Disliked: Nothing major - could have been a bit cheaper, especially as i had no breakfast
