Liked: Staff were fantastic, when there was an error with my booking they were more than happy to rectify it on the spot and offered a discount. Was definitely an old school hostel kind of vibe, everyone hung out together - it was great!
Disliked: So many stairs lol

Disliked: A little cold in the room, the window is closed all time (I don't know if it opens or not), not very clean, there is no duvet cover

Liked: Very welcoming staff, super cosy, lovely facilities, great common areas. It was clean, breakfast included, and the staff took care of my luggage when I needed it.

Liked: I stayed in a 6-bed room for females, though the room was almost full I had a comfortable sleep and had enough air. The bathrooms are definitely not luxury (smaller one on the 2nd floor would benefit form having a shelf), but overall impression is good. The hostel feels very comfortable from inside, I liked all the art on the wall, pillows on sofas and the breakfast was nice too.
Disliked: I would prefer the breakfast food to be clearly marked (if vegan, gluten free etc.). During the cleaning hours it is hard to find a quiet spot in the hostel (vacuum cleaner, open windows, cleaning of toilets and bathrooms).
