Kids running around all night...

Disliked: After working a long day, there was no hot water in the room to shower

Liked: The hot water did not work and my son had to shower in cold water. Also there was a random stranger who kept knocking at my door trying to open it all night keeping my son and myself awake all night. I would like a refund please. I thought I had already brought this up to staff at the time of incident but I'm just now noticing that I had failed to follow through with keeping in touch and never received a email or call back from the company or management. Please keep me updated, thank you. I was happy with the stay up until we got there and had a horrible time from the start. I apologize. Liked: Room stunk like pine sol or some other weird chemicals, loud people in the parking lot, people upstairs loud as hell, hear dudes talking and playing music through the walls, over all sketchy and gross vibe
