Disliked: Tiny room with no microwave or fridge. Staff unfriendly. You are forced to leave the room for cleaning even if you decline cleaning. It is in a terrible location. Beds are extremely uncomfortable.

An ok place to stay...

Liked: I had to book quite late as I wasn't sure about my time of arrival in San Fernando Valley, so I had to hit up the booking site quite late into the night and it was easy to book the room. The lady at the front desk sorted out my booking quickly (though I was worried a bit for her as she looked very exhausted, hope she wasn't unwell) and I could crash in no time after a long day of a motorcycle ride down from Vegas. The room was ok, the bed comfy, the sheets clean, the temperature ok.
Disliked: The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, but nothing really bad, just could have used a more thorough cleaning around the shower. The TV in the room was missing a mains cable, that could have been a disappointment if I stayed for longer but I didn't really need to watch TV anyway and just needed a place to rest before heading up North to San Francisco the next morning. So at the end of the day, the place served its purpose and served it well, even though I found it a bit too expensive for what it was.
