Liked: The fruit was good.The hairdryer was easy to use.The sheets and towels were clean.
Disliked: The toilet tank lid was broken.There is a slight slope on the bathroom floor.The evening reception Staff Member was very dishelved in appearance.

Okay for a short stay.

Liked: Convenient to the San Pedro Cruise Terminal. Free cruise port shuttle. Some restaurants close.
Disliked: It is old and dated. Very very noisy it was almost like we were sleeping outside. Near an ambiance/fire department so sirens a lot. The area did not feel too safe.

Liked: Convenient, close to cruise terminal, easy to find, safe parking. Restaurants within walking distance, good bed.
Disliked: A bit noisy.

Dated but clean and friendly...

Liked: The staff were great, friendly and helpful. Nice and close to the cruise ship terminal. The rooms were a great size, comfortable and clean!Love the shuttle to the cruise port as well!!
Disliked: The hotel is in an area that is not the best. The hotel is old and is in need of an update.

A CLEAN, WELL LOCATED PROPERTY...

Liked: The room was pretty basic but was clean and well lighted. The free shuttle to the cruise terminal was the deciding factor in booking the property with our group of 5 being accommodated in a single trip.
Disliked: Property located on busy Gaffey Avenue with car noise early in the morning. Not enough to keep awake though.
