Liked: Quiet. Clean room. Owners/receptionist very friendly
Disliked: The carpeting in the hallways is just filthy and has been for years.

Sufficient

Liked: Value, proximity to restaurants and stores. Beds are comfortable. Refrigerator microwave.
Disliked: The pillows for need replaced, vinyl floor left feet black, I coffee maker didn't work. LEDs in the bed light are extremely bright. Recover it with a towel to diffuse the light.

Poor

Disliked: When I got my room assignment I was told that I had to pull on the door handle to open when unlocking it. I tried that method for 2 days and it usually took three or more (often more) times with a push or a kick to get it open. When on day three I had had enough I asked the desk clerk to help. She couldn't get it to open either (with or without kicks or pushes). She called her boss and he purportedly told her to keep trying. I didn't want to leave the room for fear of not getting back in. On check out the manager/owner claimed he told the desk clerk that she could give me another room. I was standing right there when she was on the phone. She made no mention of it. He said he was sorry but made no offer whatsoever for compensation for the inconvenience I suffered. Why no compensation and why did they even give me that room in the first place. The were many rooms available but consideration of a guest is not part of their equation. They give the least effort for the guest comfort but willingly take their money. This was my third and last time staying there.
