Good value for the price.

Liked: I didn’t need anything fancy. I just needed clean and functional. It was cheap and had everything I needed. I couldn’t believe that it even included breakfast in that low price.
Disliked: It was fine

Liked: This is a great stop over if you're tired of I-5 monotone drive and need a little rest. The place is clean, comfortable, they offer a good breakfast and the staff is helpful and friendly.

Pleasant

Liked: Friendly staff. Very convenient off the I-5. It's older and a bit run down, but it's clean and fine for an overnight bed and shower. You can't beat the price.

Disliked: Cleanliness was not to standard, the room smelled like animal pee, the linen on beds seemed to be dirty

Liked: This property could really improve on presentation. The grounds are not kept up and gives you the appearance of a sleazy motel. Fortunately, the room was clean and decent.
Disliked: We didn't like the dirty outdoor hallways and parking lot. A curfew should be enforced. There was too much noise from other guests at 2am!

I will not return.
