Disliked: The cleanliness of the room was not good. I booked a non smoking room and the room smelled like cigarette and when I asked the staff to move us they said they were fully booked I asked if something could be sprayed staff member said she would send maintenance and they never showed up.

Disliked: EverythingWe made a reservation for 4 people ,one room and two beds Upon arrival they gave us one room with one bed We went to the front desk and told them this is not going to work for us we can ot sleep 4 on one bed and we need two beds they said that booking made a mistake and sent a reservation for one bed and they dont have any extra rooms we called booking and they said this was not the case and booking in fact sent a reservation for two beds and we got a message to book in a different hotel provided that booking will refund us the original reservationWe contacted vagabond hotel several times to refund us but he refusedSo bad experience with vagabond hotel
