Disappointing

Liked: The amenities were great.
Disliked: When we checked in and entered our room, the cleaning ladies daughter was showering in our bathroom, and there were groceries all over the counter. It was quite the unexpected surprise

Liked: The location was convenient and the staff was very friendly.
Disliked: The Villa itself could have been cleaner and better maintenance done. After our room wouldn't cool down, we had to call maintenance to replace the filter that was clogged up, but they rectified it immediately.

Overall we enjoyed our last...

Liked: We loved the pools. The room was nice and cool and well put together. Liked the fact there was a full kitchen. Minus the Microwave not working. Overall everything was very nice and we will definitely book again.
Disliked: Our microwave didn’t work in our room… also the TV in the living room had no volume. And being in a room that was in a high foot traffic area there was no sheers up to the sliding glass door only the drapes. Also the jacuzzi tubs can use a deep cleaning of the jets. Would have loved to use it but it was not properly cleaned. These few minor things can and should be worked out… overall we enjoyed our stay and will book again.

Uncomfortable , could not rest...

Liked: The property was kid friendly
Disliked: Noise complaint where a family with screaming and banging and absolutely chaos all right till 5 am and the property told me they had just checked in ! The banging did not stop but got louder up until 5am two nights of our 3 night stay
