Liked: Theme room. Fabulous. Friendly staff.

Very good

Disliked: It's not specifically mentioned anywhere, but if you want your room cleaned and towels changed, which seems to be normal, you have to ask at the reception in the evening. Because if you ask in the morning, they will only clean the next day. The location is really far from the city center or the exhibition center.

Great hotel and location, plenty...

Liked: Fantastic car collection on site and many other interesting things to look at, plenty of restaurants to choose from and the rail station into Koln central is a short walk away, you need the number 5 train which takes about 20 minutes. Rooms clean and well appointed.
Disliked: Nothing

Good

Liked: Comfortable clean modern bedroom. Interesting decor in restaurants & good to be able to wander amongst so many luxury cars & the Michael Schumacher collection. Easy to get into Cologne on the train from here.
Disliked: Not enough staff but the staff they did have were excellent.

Definitely recommended for a few...

Liked: - The rooms were clean, good shower and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities.- The hotel itself was beautiful.- The staff was friendly and welcoming.- There were two restaurants and a variety of fun activities both inside and around the hotel.- You had access to the gym and a room where you could get free coffee, water, and just chill.
Disliked: - It took quite a long time to check in due to the crowd.- Check-in is only available from 4 PM, which is quite late.- Unfortunately, our themed room wasn’t car-themed as shown in the photos.
