Nice stay

Liked: Nice and clean and good location
Disliked: The spa isn’t included and there isn’t a rooftop. Pictures make it look like there is one.

Quiet luxury stay

Liked: URSO was an amazing place for our first night of vacation. We really enjoyed the breakfast and pool before heading out to explore Madrid before catching the train.

Disliked: Rather minuscuul pool. Changing of the staff. Unassuming service of the front desk.
