Nice and cute!

Liked: I really enjoy the nice staff and also how hlepful they are, giving you sugestions and all options around the Hotel. very nice!
Disliked: I would like to have the restaurnat available to take a drink and also for breackfast...I miss that!

Good

Liked: Great location minutes from the beach, restaurants, cafes, etc. Hotel was clean as was the room. Neighborhood seems safe. We walked at night without issues.
Disliked: 1) Our room faced 5th Street and was quite noisy at night2) Alexander checked us in. We mentioned we were doing a cruise and he said he could arrange transportation to the port 'for the same price as Uber'. It was a nice car and the driver arrived a few minutes early but when we arrived at the port he told us it would be $65. Uber would have been MUCH less. Also, I put in a tip (even though I felt we were overcharged) and when the charge finally cleared it seemed like it was padded another couple of dollars. So I felt Alexander, who was very polite with us, misled us on the cost of the transfer and this reflects poorly on this hotel as Alexander is an employee of Urbanica. This put a bad taste in mine and my wife's mouth. We were very disappointed in the inflated cost. I'll be more careful next time

Liked: Prosecco welcome drink! Beach club was good to have also! Staff let us keep our bags in the lobby during the day before going on our cruise.
Disliked: Restaurant was quite expensive and portions were quite small.

Liked: The staff! They are amazing, very kind and they will do everything to help and provide a great experience.Location is great and also the room we stayed was very spacious.
Disliked: There isn’t enough light in the room, it is dark at night. Some towels were worn, there isn’t a laundry service and there was one light switch that was not supposed to be turned off because it is the one that controls electricity in the room, but there is no sign saying that and it looks just like any other switch in the room.

Liked: Location was great - in a nice neighborhood closed to the busy part of town, staff was super nice and welcoming and it was nice to be welcomed with a glass of bubbly
Disliked: The bathroom is a bit tight and there aren’t many hangers for cloths

Disappointing

Disliked: When asked if there was free airport shuttle form airport to hotel was told yes, but it was a car service that charged 100 dollars. That I wasn't aware I was going to be charged that amount if any.
