Nice but...

Liked: Ok location, not too far from Old San Juan (a 20-minute walk), nice staff. Large co-working area, small laundry facility.
Disliked: Boring neighborhood, no shops (just one small bakery and one food truck). Restaurants only open in the evening.No hot water and nowhere to hang/put one's clothes. Steep staircase, a nuisance with baggage.

Adequate facilities for a fair...

Liked: The accommodations were basic on a third floor walkup building. Good air conditioner and refrigerator. Very friendly and helpful staff. Bathroom towels and bedsheets were clean.
Disliked: The shower had very little water pressure and hot water was intermittent.

Liked: The location was great for walkability. The room could have had more amenities such as more toiletries.
Disliked: I did not like the water pressure in the shower.

Liked: The staff was super friendly and helpful at all times. The location is pretty good, less than 30min walk to old San Juan and could get an uber pretty easily too. The room had enough space and was clean, all we needed for one night. Also close to very good places for breakfast.
Disliked: The Mexican place next door to the room had pretty loud music until 1am, but I guess that have licence for it as it is advertised in Google. Then there's some loud people in the street for a while but nothing too bad. We were pretty tired so slept fine anyway.
