Liked: Friendly stuff, clean room, good location, good breakfast.
Disliked: Not enough space for serving breakfast, some people preferred to stay at the table after breakfast ( to talk, reading books, playing phones.. Etc) This is a litle inconvenient for the people who wait to find a free table.

Superb

Liked: The location was very close to central Station where the heart of City is. We could reach out high street, cafes and pubs as well as the Musical Done which we watched Moulin Rouge.
Disliked: The room was as small as like Japanese hotels but frankly it is much better decorated. Even though free cold water was present at the lobby all day and free coffee between 11 PM and 11 AM, İ would expect them in the room.

Liked: Loved the WHOLE experience from the very start; staff was just so kind with me. Location is perfect, I did everything on foot. Loved tht they offer free water and coffee too! Breakfast was absolutely outstanding - pancake machine was a highlight!
Disliked: nothing to add, I loved everything!

Beautiful small city with very...

Liked: Very artistic decor and architecture of the rooms , hallways and reception .
Disliked: 5 minutes walk to the Cologne train station and 8 minutes to all Rhine River cruises and the most beautiful cathedral in the world ; nothing is like it in its majestic size , height and religious relics and decoration .
