Very well equipped hostel near...

Liked: There was a well equipped kitchen with organised fridges. It was super handy for the station.
Disliked: Nothing

Great but bloody noisy

Liked: Friendly staff, well organised, amenable. Very close to the station and lots of facilities.
Disliked: THE noisiest street ever. Trucks loading for a long time starting at 5am, rowdy people outside. Didn’t have a single night where I managed to sleep without being woken up. PLEASE give the local council a backhander or something to stop the noise.

Disliked: No TV and No airconWhen I requested for fan I was told there were non when before checking in I was told I could get one. Anyway one of the staff passed me his fan that he was using at the reception counter tho another complain 'what about me'. That is an entitle attitude I dont like.

Liked: A nice hotel in the city centre. Breakfast is ok, just what we needed. The outside area is great in the summer when it gets hot inside. Nice staff, relaxed atmosphere, easy to get around on foot. One of the cheapest options in Copenhagen. You get a 20% discount in a nearby underground parking.
Disliked: The hotel room can get hot in the summer. There is no air conditioning but I guess this is normal in the north (well, the climate change is here and present). Our family room was small but functional. We slept well (with windows open).

Awful, not women friendly.

Liked: The location was great.
Disliked: I got my reservation through booking and got the room type wrong: I wanted a female only type of room but got a mixed one instead. The price and date were the same. I requested to the hostel (through booking) to change the room type twice, as I didn't feel comfortable to sleep in a mixed room. The rejected saying that my type of reservation didn't allowed that. As I read the reservation specifications it said that I could not cancel or change dates, but it didn't say anything about the room type. I know It was my mistake but it was something the could change easily as they have plenty of rooms and it was something that didn't affected the hostel at all. I could not sleep at all as I didn't feel comfortable in the same room as 5 other men. It was a MIXED room but the were only men in there. It was awful, they should at least mixed the rooms, put half women half men. I would never stay in a place like that again, they are gay friendly but they don't really care about a women who feels uncomfortable in a room full of guys.
