Fantastic Copenhagen

Liked: Everything was excellent 👌 apart from curtains needed and would be appreciated on each bed somehow as people come at all hours and switch the main bedroom light on.Breakfast was excellent. Are you able to offer extra pillows if requested....
Disliked: Children running up and down the bedroom corridors banging and kicking doors late evening when I was trying to sleep. You have CCTV in the corridors but nothing was picked up.

Ideal location for exploring Copenhagan

Liked: Location is fantastic, a few blocks away from the central train station, metro - meaning quick access to just about everything and Tivoli Gardens. Also some great restaurants and cinemas nearby, the breakfast is well worth it and varied, and the bar area is a very atmospheric space for the last drink or two. The bed was very comfortable. On site locker storage for luggage between checking out and heading home. Some of the staff were very helpful as well. We'd like to stay there again on a future visit.
Disliked: Our room had no coat hangers, and we were provided with one coat hanger each when we questioned it. The room was small but we made the best of it, and the shower head holder needed fixing - otherwise the en-suite was a decent size.

Liked: Awesome location for interrailing, the room was extremely clean and I had a very nice sleep.

Disliked: Breakfast was below average — lots of different bread, very little of other things.

Liked: Our room was on the fourth floor. The room numbers on the fourth floor went up to 445, but the signage only indicated rooms up to 435.

Liked: Location was excellent,very close to the Central station, and friendly staff, we could enjoy breakfast.
Disliked: Tiny room, the bathroom door hit the bed whenever we opened.No cups for toothbrushing no face towels provided.,

Great place to stay.

Liked: Very convenient location, 2 mins from the train station and Tivoli Gardens. Basic rooms are comfortable and clean. I’d stay here again.
Disliked: On Thursday nights they have a lively Salsa Dancing party…which is fun and loud if your room is directly over top, but earplugs took care of the problem. No early check-ins allowed but you can pay for storage lockers on site.
