Urban Cremé was wonderful.

Liked: We had an amazing stay at Urban Creme in Prague, enjoying its fantastic location. We booked last minute for one night during our road trip through Europe and arrived late.Parking was convenient; we stopped in front of the hotel’s black garage door to check in at the reception for our keys and to pay for parking (€35). An elevator took us down to the parking area, where we were fortunate to find a few available spots.The check-in process was smooth, thanks to the friendly staff at the reception.Our room was comfortable, and the spacious bathroom included all the amenities we needed for our stay—nothing was missing.The tram and bus stop right outside the hotel was incredibly convenient, allowing us to easily plan our visits to Charles Bridge and Prague Castle.Definelty will stay here again if we are back in Prague again.
Disliked: Unfortunately, we only had a twin bed room available for us. When booking, we selected the option for double bed - but the reception mentioned it was not available. Since it was late and we were tired, we didn't bother with it as much. The room was great anyways!

Disliked: We weren’t keen on the luggage storage room. There was no ticket system and we felt anxious that something might happen to our bags.

Good hotel, comfortable bed

Liked: Room was good, the divisions were a bit weird I guess but nothing bad on it. Bed was very comfortable. And the hotel has a good location, you can get almost anywhere walking from there.

Disliked: I booked a room with double bed but they gave me a room with 2 twink beds directly until I walked in the room and found it out … even this was a last minute booking but if there was not available why the hotel still sells on booking? And when I checked in why the stuff didn’t tell me first? I went down to talk with the receptionist and they finally said sorry to me since it was almost midnight i told them i need the room i booked next day morning Next day when i went to receptionist and they still told me there was no possible to change until i called the manger and all problems were sorted in a few minutes i moved to the new room before noon The manger was nice though Better not to sell the room which is not available it’s quite disappointing
