The worst front desk staffing...

Disliked: Staff is very rude and abusive. Do not book directly with them because they turn against you immediately after getting paid. I asked for room key card to be activated, and they started yelling at me after keeping me waiting (they were watching me for several minutes at front desk). Hostile comments and sounds are made at me each time I walk in the lobby.

Liked: You cannot beat the price of this place. I am here because of a family situation so staying for a few weeks. Really appreciated the kitchenette, with the refrigerator, microwave, and cooktop. Even though Arapahoe Road is next to the property, there is very little noticeable road noise. For a single traveler, it was perfect for my needs.
Disliked: There is a Wendy’s within walking distance and a restaurant bar but a grocery store is not near by so it is car dependent. There is a paid laundry on-site. Housekeeping only once a week but towels and trash bags available on request. This is not a “resort” hotel: there is no breakfast room, no pool and no outside lounge area. There is a small gym with a good variety of equipment. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. Well-lit free parking.

You get what you pay...

Liked: We liked having a full size fridge and 2 beds.
Disliked: There are numerous things that disappointed us. Doors that didn't unlock so we had to haul our luggage around to a door that accepted our key, lack of towels when needed, they ran out of TP so we bought our own, in 3 weeks we received housekeeping only once, the TV glitched daily and programming was interrupted by a "loading" message which made it unwatchable. I could go on but why? Stayed here before and didn't have this type of experience.
