Disliked: Where to start? Construction in front of the hotel which makes the in/out by car so crowded plus nose at day time. The worst happed to us is the second night at 1 am the rooms lights switched on by itself? I turned it off after 10 min it turned on and so on for about 7 times. My wife and kids were saying this hotel is hunted and they were very afraid. But I knew they have an electrical problem. Then the AC went off and the room temp. gone high I talked to the reception he said open the window?! The cleaning store room next to my room so I can hear the door shuts all day. My daughter called the restaurant and asked him for a meal he said you need to talk to room service then she call room service they say you need to talk to the restaurant? Then she asked for a fork they said we will charge you €7 to bring it to you? Once I was waiting the reception for about 7 min until she finished her call just to ask her a question. In conclusion everything was terrible. I paid about €2000 for 2 room 3 nights. It definitely not worth half the price..

Liked: There were only two things I liked: the baggage handling staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location of the hotel.
Disliked: I did not like the reception staff service at all, the internet service, the TV, the cleanliness of the rooms, the hotel lobby, the rooms' bathrooms, and the air conditioning.
